Considering our client’s nature of business as well as the wide range of their service locations, our client possessed an extremely complex & complicated Salesforce Org, where the case objects had more than 800+ fields in them with 100+ record types. There were multiple sources from where a massive volume of Salesforce data was being generated, courtesy of their highly complex Salesforce system. To name a few, a big chunk of their data growth was from status tracking, cases, and email messages.
